Services are bespoke and begin with a consultation. A deposit is required to secure the date. For Southern California and Hawaii destinations, no separate destination fee is applied; only standard delivery and logistics costs are considered. All floral compositions are created exclusively for one couple and are not reused.

Yes. All vendors are carefully vetted for professionalism, reliability, and quality of service. Where applicable, vendors carry appropriate insurance and can provide documentation upon request.

What exactly is included in this package?

Each package clearly lists what's included in the overview of the listing such as duration, guest minimum, staffing, equipment, venue (if applicable), setup, and cleanup. You can also add additional services like catering, bartender, DJ, decor, rentals, AV, or transportation during booking.

Is this event private?

Yes. All Events in Minutes packages are private unless clearly stated otherwise. Your group will not be mixed with other guests.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Pricing is fully transparent. Before checkout, you'll see: Base package price, Guest count pricing, Optional add-ons, Service fee, and Taxes (if required). There are no surprise charges after booking. You get exactly what you are promised in the listing overview.

Can we customize this package?

Yes. You can adjust guest count based on the policy (where possible), add additional services, modify timing (where possible), and combine multiple packages. For larger or multi-service events, contact us for a tailored proposal.

What happens after you book?

You'll receive instant confirmation. The vendor then reviews your booking and approves, coordinates final logistics, and assists with add-ons or adjustments. One of our team members stays involved to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Each package displays its cancellation window before booking. Rescheduling is often possible depending on notice. We aim to be flexible when adjustments are reasonable and communicated in advance.

Can this event take place at our office or chosen venue?

Many services can travel to your office or preferred venue. It is marked as 'Travels to You'. When applicable, select 'Travels to You' during booking in the filter. Please check building restrictions (alcohol, cooking, sound levels, etc.) and insurance requirements in advance. Most vendors can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if needed.

Is the date and time available?

Yes. If you can select a date and complete checkout with instant booking packages, the package is available. Some packages have request to book and vendors need to check and respond. In the rare case of a vendor emergency, Events in Minutes will provide a comparable replacement or offer a full refund. Your booking is protected.
