What happens after you book?

You'll receive instant confirmation. The vendor then reviews your booking and approves, coordinates final logistics, and assists with add-ons or adjustments. One of our team members stays involved to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Each package displays its cancellation window before booking. Rescheduling is often possible depending on notice. We aim to be flexible when adjustments are reasonable and communicated in advance.

Yes. If you can select a date and complete checkout with instant booking packages, the package is available. Some packages have request to book and vendors need to check and respond. In the rare case of a vendor emergency, Events in Minutes will provide a comparable replacement or offer a full refund. Your booking is protected.
